Q) What time should I arrive for my service?
A) We always recommend that our guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your first scheduled service. This allows you time to check in at the desk and change into your robe and sandals. You may choose to arrive even earlier or stay after your workout to enjoy the aromatherapy-infused reception area or shop our cosmetic products.

A) We love children at Spamacy, but we cannot supervise unattended children. Children may not accompany their parent into a treatment room due to the fact that safety cannont be guaranteed. Guests that are 16 ~ 18 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult.

A) To avoid being subject to 100% of the treatment price, cancellations and changes for treatments or services should be made 6 hours prior to scheduled appointments. The parts of service(s) cost may be charged for any late cancellation. The full service (s) cost will be charged for no show appointments.
